Chicken & Andouille Jambalaya - A classic cajun dish made with chicken, andouille sausage, onions, celery, bell pepper, garlic, herbs, seasonings, chicken stock, and rice. Comes with a dinner salad.
Dinner after 5:00 pm
Andouille and Chicken Pasta - Sliced andouille (pronounced an-do-ee)sausage and chunks of all natural chicken breast are sauteed, then blended with mushrooms, cream, chicken stock, green onions, parsley, and seasonings. This is tossed with spaghetti. Served with french bread. Comes with a dinner salad.
